These terms govern your use of prodosacademy.org and the Pródos family portal. By using the site, you accept them. The site is operated by Pródos Academy under Phoenix Football Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona.

This website describes Pródos Academy: our programs, people, schedule, and tuition approach. It is informational. Enrollment at Pródos Academy is governed by a separate written enrollment agreement between the academy and a student’s parent or legal guardian. Nothing on this site, including submitting an inquiry, creates an enrollment relationship, reserves a seat, or guarantees admission.

Program details shown here, including schedules, locations, electives, and ESA funding information, reflect our current plans and may change as the academy grows.

The family portal exists for parents and guardians of enrolled students and for Pródos staff. By using a portal account, you agree to:

• Use only your own account, tied to your own email address.
• Keep your sign-in codes private. Anyone with access to your email can access your account, so protect that email account too.
• Tell us promptly at info@prodosacademy.org if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, shared, or no longer connected to an enrolled family.

Use the site in good faith. Do not:

• Attempt to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or personal information from the site.

The Pródos Academy name, logos, the Pródos Way, mFIT, and the writing, photography, and video on this site belong to Pródos Academy or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Photos and videos on this site include real Pródos students, published with family permission. Out of respect for those families, do not download, copy, alter, or redistribute images of students from this site for any purpose. This is the one rule on this page we care about most.

The site links to third parties we work with or point families toward, such as our Instagram, Pródos Dynamos Sporting Club, and Arizona ESA program resources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise the site is error-free or always available.

Information about ESA funding and tuition describes how the program generally works and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Your family’s ESA eligibility and award are determined by the State of Arizona, not by Pródos Academy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pródos Academy and Phoenix Football Academy, and their directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits or replaces the terms of a signed enrollment agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
