Your family's information stays between us.

Pródos Academy operates under Phoenix Football Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-3315092) based in Phoenix, Arizona. Pródos Academy is an approved Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) vendor. This policy covers prodosacademy.org, our inquiry and contact forms, and the Pródos family portal.

Questions about anything in this policy reach us at info@prodosacademy.org.

We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Inquiry form.Your name, email, and phone; your child’s first name, grade, current school, and sports or clubs; what matters most to your family; and anything you write in your message. We also record how you found us (for example, a referral link), so we know which of our outreach is working.
• Contact form. Your name, email, topic, and message.
• Family portal. Your email address for sign-in, and the records connected to your enrolled student: mFIT progress scores and educator notes.
• Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

That is the whole list. We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry and set up discovery calls and visits.
• Manage enrollment and communicate with your family.
• Show you your own child’s progress through the family portal.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Meet legal and program obligations, including Arizona ESA requirements.

We send email you would expect: replies to your messages, a confirmation when you inquire, and sign-in codes for the portal. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

• We never sell or rent your information, or your child’s. To anyone.
• We never share family information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never use student records for anything other than education and program purposes.
• We never place tracking or advertising cookies on your device.

This website is written for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Portal accounts belong to parents, guardians, and Pródos staff, not to students. Information about your child enters our systems one way: you provide it, through an inquiry or through enrollment.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us online, email info@prodosacademy.org and we will delete it.

Student records, including mFIT scores and educator notes, are confidential. Access is controlled at the account level: a signed-in parent can see only the records of their own linked student, enforced by our database, not just by the page design. Pródos staff access records only to do their jobs.

Where the Arizona ESA program requires it, we share the minimum information needed with the program’s administrators to process scholarship funding. We do not share student records with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Life at Pródos is worth showing, and we take that privilege seriously. We publish photos and videos from our programs only where families have given us permission through their enrollment paperwork.

If an image of your child appears on this site and you want it removed, email info@prodosacademy.org and we will take it down promptly, no questions asked.

Three service providers process information for us, under their own security and privacy commitments, and only to provide their service:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores our data and manages portal sign-in, with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Resend delivers our transactional email.

The only cookies this site sets are the essential ones that keep you signed in to the family portal. They exist so you do not have to enter a code on every page. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to opt out of.

We keep inquiry and contact submissions while we are working with your family and for as long as reasonable business and legal obligations require. Student records are kept per our records policies and Arizona program requirements.

We protect information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise: if a breach ever affects your family’s information, we will tell you promptly and plainly.

You can ask us, at any time, to show you the information we hold about your family, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are honored except where we are required to keep records by law or by the ESA program. Email info@prodosacademy.org and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle family or student information, we will tell enrolled families directly rather than hoping you notice.
